Cockroaches- Watch as their population collapses after our first treatment. Eradication can take several months for an established population of German roaches, and in cases where they are being reintroduced, a maintenance program is the best option.
Silverfish- Even a clean, sprayed home can have an occasional silver fish, but we can generally end an infestation in a few weeks.
Spiders- Even a clean, sprayed home can have a spider that finds its way in every once in a while. But we can end an infestation within a couple weeks and remove the webs as well.
Bedbugs- After two applications of our gentle on people hard on bugs treatment, your nightmare will be over. It takes about a month to eradicate them but expect relief right away. The guarantee does not apply to high risk homes like those of in -home care nurses.
Fleas- Fleas can be eradicated in about a month, but because so much of the control is dependent on animal care and regular vacuuming, I can only guarantee on a case by case basis.
Mice and rats- We use appropriate treatments in locking bait stations for control and eradication. New rodents can always move in, and a maintenance program is advisable. We maintain the traps and monitor treatment consumption.
Flies- We treat garbage cans, and other places they breed. Also, we treat window frames and entry points. We cannot guarantee flies will never enter your home.
Skunks, raccoons, snakes, squirrels, Bigfoot. Sorry, we do not provide control of these.

Except for bed bugs or foundation treatments, first treatments are $150. Follow up treatments are $100. If we haven’t treated your residence for six months or more, the first treatment price applies.
Maintenance programs start at $150 a month.
Bed bug packages are $775 and consist of two treatments. This price is for a home with up to three bedrooms. The guarantee does not apply to those in high-risk professions like home health care because of the high risk of reintroducing the bug.
